What awaits you

In our shop in Tröpolach, you will be our hardware specialist, taking care of issuing our rental equipment in the areas of skiing and snowboarding, all the way to payment, as well as providing reserved equipment and taking back and maintaining the rental equipment. Hardware sales in the alpine skiing sector will also be part of your working environment. Here, with your already acquired experience and your professional competence, you can enable our customers to have a great day of skiing on the Nassfeld.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure order, cleanliness and structure in the shop.

Scope of employment: Full-time (38.5 hours/week) 

Languages: German and English

Season start: December 2026

The minimum gross salary is based on the collective agreement for trade from EUR 2,195.-- for 38.5 hours/week. 

Over-collective agreement payment with appropriate professional experience is a matter of course.

Option for summer seasonal position in bike rental/workshop.

Your area of responsibility combines workshop and rental – you ensure that our bikes are perfectly maintained, assist with the issue and return of rental equipment, and help customers with technical concerns.

• Repairs and service work on rental and customer bikes
• Assisting with the issue, return, and maintenance of rental equipment
• Technical advice and support for our guests
• Responsibility for order and structure in the bike workshop
• Close cooperation with the sales team
